Go bestiary : by Patrick Lamoureux

After 47 years of life in Montreal, Patrick Lamoureux settles in Charlevoix and welcomes the deconditioning offered by the change of scenery. A new cycle of ideas begins, a symbolism of the terroir takes shape. Intrigued by the absolute otherness of the animal and natural world, the artist paints irregular shapes bringing together a plurality of technical approaches, embodied in so many dreamy forms.
